For the last two decades, I have been helping secondary and college students become better writers. I have taught English and Humanities at multiple Los Angeles-area private schools, such as Polytechnic and Vistamar. At such four-year schools as UCLA and Occidental College, I have taught Literature, Creative Writing, and Composition.

I teach college application essay writing as an Instructor at UC San Diego Extended Studies.
